  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 200 milliliters of water, 1 glass.


  1. Wash the cucumber and carrots well.
  2. Peel everything in small pieces to facilitate the blending process.
  3. Chop the parsley.
  4. We take all the ingredients to the blender.
  5. Pour half a glass of water and the lemon juice.
